Personal Testimony from Christine Russell: My 10 year old son has Autism, Bi-polar, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and ADHD. He came home from school extremely emotional and unable to cope with anything one day. After he had a huge emotional melt-down, I had him use a grounding blend and Ylang Ylang then he took a short nap. That helped for a while but he came unraveled again.
