Personal Testimony from Christine Russell: My 10 year old son has Autism, Bi-polar, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and ADHD.  He came home from school extremely emotional and unable to cope with anything one day.  After he had a huge emotional melt-down, I had him use a grounding blend and Ylang Ylang then he took a short nap.  That helped for a while but he came unraveled again.  I asked him what he was feeling inside, and he said he just didn't know what he was feeling or what was wrong with him.  I asked if there was something I could do to help him.  He said, "I don't know.
