Our family tried this awesome, healthy recipe for dessert after dinner this week. It was a HUGE hit even with our company, one of whom does not like Grapefruit!
The cinnamon essential oil and honey mixture takes the sour bite out of the fruit, and to my pleasant surprise, it doesn't make the grapefruit overly sweet. It's a perfect balance, and the fruit melts in your mouth!

Peppermint Essential Oil Truffles
Yield: About 36
1- package of Oreo cookies (original NOT Doublestuff - can use off brand cookies as well), divided
1- 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
5-8 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil (only use certified pure essential oil approved for ingesting)
1 -16 oz vanilla almond bark or candy melts
